摘要

随着高等教育的发展和互联网技术的进步,大学生面临着前所未有的心理挑战。新媒体的发展既带来了便捷的沟通方式,也对心理健康造成了冲击。在此背景下,本文对“互联网+”时代下心理危机进行深入分析,随之提出师生共建大学生心理危机干预体系。这不仅为高校应对大学生心理危机提供理论指导和技术支撑,更能提升大学生的心理健康水平,保障其全面发展。

Abstract

With the development of higher education and the advancement of Internet technology, college students are confronted with unprecedented psychological challenges. The development of new media has not only brought convenient communication methods but also had an impact on mental health. Against this background, this article conducts an in-depth analysis of psychological crises in the "Internet +" era and subsequently proposes a system of psychological crisis intervention for college students jointly constructed by teachers and students. This not only provides theoretical guidance and technical support for colleges and universities to deal with psychological crises of college students, but also can enhance the mental health level of college students and guarantee their all-round development.
