“三进”大背景下数字化赋能国际传播人才外译能力提升探索：思政融合实施路径——基于《习近平谈治国理政》多语数据库综合平台

摘要

翻译教育是培养国际传播人才的主阵地。随着《习近平谈治国理政》多语种版本进高校、进教材、进课堂（“三进”）与“课程思政”不断深入，以及数字化技术快速发展，翻译本科教学面临重大的变革机遇。《习近平谈治国理政》是习近平总书记围绕如何建设新时代中国特色社会主义系统论述的重要著作，为培养具有国际视野和家国情怀的国际传播人才外译能力提供了最好的翻译资源。《习近平谈治国理政》多语数据库综合平台是一个依托《习近平谈治国理政》的智能化教研平台。因此，在“三进”课程思政背景下，翻译教师在培养国际传播外译能力时，翻译教师应充分把握思政融合路径，不仅要做到准确理解国际传播外译能力建设中的课程思政内涵和要义，有效挖掘思政融合的国际传播外译教学资源、精准把握课程思政的教学内容，并不断创新国际传播外译新范式。同时，还需构建数据驱动的一体化评价体系，以确保教学质量。此外，翻译教师应积极顺应信息技术的发展潮流，提升个人数字素养，积极运用现代化技术手段，助力高质量的国际传播外译人才培养和“三进”工作的不断推进。

Abstract

Translation education is the cradle and the main site for the cultivation of international communication talents. With the deepening of the multilingual versions of Xi Jinping: Governance of China into college, textbooks and classrooms (“Three-Into”) pilot reform of ideological and political education, as well as the rapid development of information technology, the translation teaching of Bachelor of Translation and Interpreting (BTI) is also facing profound changes of reform. The masterpiece, Xi Jinping: Governance of China which systematically elaborates on how to build socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, provides the best teaching resources available for cultivating international communication talents with international vision and patriotism. Based on Xi Jinping: Governance of China, the website “imate.cascorpus.com”, a comprehensive multilingual database platform with multilingual translation versions, aims for intelligent teaching and research. Therefore, against the backdrop of “Three-Into” pilot reform of ideological and political education, in a bid to better enhance translation communication competence of international communication talents, translation teachers are supposed to thoroughly comprehend its significance of the kind of translation education, skillfully explore the teaching resources, and master the core teaching contents as well as innovatively apply the translation teaching paradigms and build an integrated scientific data-driven evaluation system to ensure the teaching quality. In addition, in the wake of the development of information technology, it is expected to proactively improve their digital literacy accordingly, thereby promoting the cultivation of high-quality international communication talents and the Three-Into” pilot reform of ideological and political education.
