Exploration on the Excavation and Effective Utilization of Ideological and Political Education Resources in College Sports Courses - Taking Tennis as an Example
思想政治教育资源在高校体育课程中的挖掘及效用发挥探索——以网球运动为例

摘要

新时代高校体育课程承担着提高身体素质和健康水平的基本任务，也承担着弘扬“追求卓越、突破自我的精神”[1]的重大要求。高校体育课程应积极探索思想政治教育资源的挖掘及效用发挥，这是贯彻立德树人根本任务的重要举措。本文以网球运动为例，旨在通过网球运动中的思想政治教育资源的挖掘与效用发挥的探索，助力学生不断提升综合素质，将学到的技能与精神，融入到学习和生活的方方面面，奋力实现体育强国梦。针对当前高校体育网球课程中存在的与思想政治教育结合不够紧密、教师队伍思想政治教育意识不强等问题，可以通过挖掘网球课程中蕴含的思想政治教育资源，充分发挥在促进学生网球技能提升方面、价值引导方面与师资队伍建设方面的效用，为高校体育课程既提升学生健康水平，也提升学生思想政治素养提供有力的保障和支持。

Abstract

In the new era, college sports courses are tasked with improving physical fitness and health levels, and also with fulfilling the important mission of promoting the spirit of "striving for excellence and breaking through oneself." College sports courses should actively explore the exploitation and effectiveness of ideological and political education resources, which is an important measure to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with integrity. This paper takes tennis as an example and aims to explore the exploitation and effectiveness of ideological and political education resources in college sports tennis courses, so as to help students continuously improve their overall quality and integrate the skills and spirit they have learned into all aspects of their study and life, striving to realize the dream of a sports powerhouse. For the problems of insufficient integration between ideological and political education and college sports tennis courses, weak awareness of ideological and political education among teachers, etc. in current college sports tennis courses, the effectiveness in cultivating students' tennis skills, value guidance, and faculty construction can be fully leveraged by exploiting the ideological and political education resources contained in the tennis courses, thus providing powerful support and guarantee for enhancing students' health levels and ideological and political quality in college sports courses.
