Research on the professional development model of business English teachers combining technology support and industry-university collaboration
技术支持与校企协同结合的商务英语教师专业发展模式研究

摘要
本研究以山东某高校为案例,探讨技术支持与校企协同结合模式在商务英语教师专业发展中的实践应用。通过定性研究方法,包括半结构化访谈、课堂观察和教学材料分析,分析了该模式对教师教学能力提升、课程创新及校企合作效能的影响。研究发现,AI翻译工具和计算机辅助翻译(CAT)系统的应用显著提高了教师的教学效率和创新能力,使其能够设计更加贴近行业需求的课程内容。同时,校企协同模式通过企业导师的深度参与,为课程引入真实的行业案例与实践资源,增强了课程的实践性和行业适配性,显著提升了教师的“双师型”能力。本文总结了该模式的实践经验,为商务英语教师培养、教育技术应用及校企协同资源整合提供了理论支持与实践参考,也为高校教学改革提供了新思路。

Abstract
This study explores the application of the integration of technology support and industry-university collaboration in the professional development of Business English teachers, using a university in Shandong Province as a case study. Employing qualitative research methods, including semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and teaching material analysis, this study examines the impact of this model on improving teachers’ teaching capabilities, fostering curriculum innovation, and enhancing the efficiency of industry-university collaboration. The findings indicate that the application of AI translation tools and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) systems significantly enhances teaching efficiency and innovation, enabling teachers to design curriculum content more aligned with industry needs. Meanwhile, the involvement of industry mentors in the collaborative model provides authentic industry cases and practical resources, strengthening the curriculum’s practicality and industry relevance, and substantially improving the cultivation of teachers’ “dual-competency” skills. This study summarizes the practical experiences of this model, providing theoretical support and practical insights for Business English teacher development, the application of educational technology, and the integration of industry-university resources. It also offers new perspectives for higher education reform.
