高校附属医院党支部党建与业务工作相融合的研究与实践

摘要

高校附属医院基层党支部作为党的重要组成部分，在提升组织力方面具有关键作用。其强化组织力有助于凝聚全院力量，谋求健康事业的全面发展，为人民健康保驾护航。然而，当前研究表明，高校附属医院在基层党建方面普遍存在党支部涣散、教育内容局限、党员意识淡薄等“重业务轻党建”现象，这对于提升基层党支部组织力带来了挑战。本文通过“科研赋能 潜心服务”党建品牌案例，揭示了党建与业务深度融合的有效策略，为其他高校附属医院提供了可行的参考模式。

Abstract

Grassroots party branches in affiliated hospitals of universities, as an integral part of the Communist Party, play a crucial role in enhancing organizational strength. Strengthening their organizational capacity helps consolidate the collective efforts of the entire hospital, striving for the comprehensive development of the healthcare sector and safeguarding the health of the people. However, current research indicates that affiliated hospitals of universities commonly face challenges in grassroots party construction, such as weak party branch cohesion, limited educational content, and a lack of party member awareness, leading to a phenomenon of "prioritizing business over party building." This poses challenges to improving the organizational strength of grassroots party branches. This article explores how to strengthen the construction of grassroots party branches in the new era, break away from traditional work approaches, deeply integrate party building with operational activities, and make it the core focus of party construction efforts in affiliated hospitals of universities.
