摘要
主要探讨在跨文化传播背景下,作为一种新兴传播媒介,短视频怎样才能有效地“讲好中国故事”,把中华文化传播出去,推动其与世界文化的深入交流。从短视频“讲好中国故事”跨文化传播面临问题入手,提出了促进多元文化的包容性传播、增强目标受众差异化的精准性传播、提升内容与文化的高质量性传播和优化平台算法与传播机制等有效的短视频国际传播中国故事的策略,为中国文化在全球范围内的正向传播提供实践指导。

Abstract
This article mainly explores how short videos, as an emerging medium of communication in the context of cross-cultural communication, can effectively "tell the story of China" in hope to spread Chinese culture, and promote the exchange and understanding of Chinese and world cultures. Starting from the problems faced by cross-cultural communication of short videos' telling Chinese stories well ', effective strategies for international dissemination of Chinese stories through short videos have been proposed, including promoting inclusive communication of diverse cultures, enhancing precise communication of target audience differentiation, improving high-quality communication of content and culture, and optimizing platform algorithms and communication mechanisms. These strategies provide practical guidance for the positive dissemination of Chinese culture on a global scale.
