摘要

注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的核心症状涵盖注意力分散、冲动行为及过度活跃,其中,注意力分散尤为显著,对ADHD患者的多项能力发展构成重大阻碍,具体涉及维持注意力的能力、学业成绩及在校适应能力等。现有研究已明确指出,采用自我监控策略能有效增进ADHD患者的注意力集中水平。本文旨在全面回顾并分析近年来国内外关于将自我监控策略应用于提升ADHD患者注意力表现方面的实证研究,进而以此为基石,为我国在ADHD患者注意力提升领域实施自我监控策略的研究及实践提供有益的见解与指导。

Abstract

The core symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) include inattention, impulsive behavior and hyperactivity, among which inattention is particularly prominent and poses significant obstacles to the development of multiple abilities of ADHD patients, including the ability to maintain attention, academic performance and school adaptation. Existing research has clearly indicated that the adoption of self-monitoring strategies can effectively enhance the attention concentration level of ADHD patients. This article aims to comprehensively review and analyze the empirical research at home and abroad in recent years on the application of self-monitoring strategies to improve the attention performance of ADHD patients, and then, based on this, provide beneficial insights and guidance for the research and practice of implementing self-monitoring strategies in the field of attention improvement for ADHD patients in China.
