初中英语教师专业发展的调查研究

摘要

通过问卷调查,了解初中英语教师专业发展困境,其中外部因素主要有:工作压力、升学压力、社会关注度不足等;内部因素主要有:培训内容缺乏实践性、形式单调等。研究发现,教师在专业理念、知识结构、教学能力、科研意识等方面存在明显滞后。基于问卷调查结果,并参考“四有”好老师标准,提出了从教学理念、专业知识、教学能力、科研能力和教师培训五个维度出发的提升策略,促进初中英语教师专业发展。这些策略的核心在于更新教育理念、强化职业认同、提升专业素养,从而优化教学质量,促进学生全面发展。

Abstract

The study uses the questionnaire survey method to deeply understand the difficulties faced by junior high school English teachers in a city, among which the external factors mainly include: work pressure, entrance pressure, insufficient social attention, etc. Internal factors mainly include: lack of practicality in training content and monotonous form. It is found that teachers are obviously lagging behind in professional concept, knowledge structure, teaching ability and scientific research consciousness. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and referring to the standards of "four haves" good teachers, this paper puts forward the promotion strategies from five dimensions: teaching philosophy, professional knowledge, teaching ability, scientific research ability and teacher training, aiming at promoting the professional growth of junior middle school English teachers. The core of these strategies lies in renewing educational ideas, strengthening professional identity and improving professional quality, thus optimizing teaching quality and promoting students' all-round development.
