摘要

治愈系文化作为日本当代文化的重要符号，自20世纪末兴起以来，已从单一的音乐形态发展为覆盖文学、影视、动漫、旅居等多领域的文化体系。其核心价值在于通过舒缓的叙事、自然的美学表达与人性温暖的重构，回应现代社会的焦虑与精神困境。本文以日本治愈系文化的起源背景为起点，梳理其发展阶段与表现形态，剖析其文化特征与社会心理根源，并探讨其在全球化语境下的国际传播意义，旨在揭示这一文化现象对现代社会精神重建的启示。

Abstract

As a significant symbol of contemporary Japanese culture, healing culture has evolved from a singular musical form in the late 20th century into a comprehensive cultural system encompassing literature, film and television, anime, travel, and more. Its core value lies in addressing the anxieties and spiritual dilemmas of modern society through soothing narratives, natural aesthetic expressions, and the reconstruction of human warmth. This paper begins with the origins of Japanese healing culture, outlines its developmental stages and manifestations, analyzes its cultural characteristics and socio-psychological roots, and explores its significance in international dissemination within a globalized context. The aim is to reveal the insights this cultural phenomenon offers for the spiritual reconstruction of modern society.
