摘要
劳动关系是社会最基本的关系之一,其稳定与否直接关系到百姓的安居乐业和国家的长治久安。而调整劳动关系退出机制的劳动合同解除制度更是整个劳动合同法乃至社会法的重中之重。但我国当前的劳动合同解除制度却存在一定的问题,尤其是作为整个劳动合同解除制度重要组成部分的预告解除,存在对预告解除相关概念界定不精确、解除流程不够规范、解除期间过于单一等问题。

Abstract
Labor relations are one of the most fundamental relationships in society, and their stability directly affects the well-being of the people and the long-term stability of the country. The system of terminating labor contracts by adjusting the exit mechanism of labor relations is of paramount importance to the entire labor contract law and even social law. However, there are certain problems with the current labor contract termination system in our country, especially with the issue of advance notice termination, which is an important component of the entire labor contract termination system. There are problems such as inaccurate definition of relevant concepts of advance notice termination, insufficient standardization of the termination process, and overly single termination period.
