Abstract
Based on the social cognition theory, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on 203 enterprise employees using a maturity scale. The survey found that inclusive leadership not only directly positively affects the occurrence of unethical pro-organizational behavior, but also indirectly promotes the emergence of unethical pro-organizational behavior through the mediating variable of moral disengagement. The moderating effect of the bottom-line mentality on the mediating role of moral disengagement is significant.
Key words: Inclusive leadership; Unethical Pro-organizational behavior; Moral disengagement; Bottom-line mentality
