近年来，随着我国城镇化进程的加速，人口流动日益频繁，越来越多的农村居民进城务工，部分城乡居民养老保险参保人员转为参加社会养老保险。同时，为了实现养老保险制度的公平与可持续发展，国家也在积极推动养老保险制度的整合与衔接。在此背景下，城乡居民养老保险与社会养老保险档案的协同管理变得尤为重要。

Abstract

In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization in our country, population mobility has become increasingly frequent, and more and more rural residents are working in cities. Some urban and rural residents who are insured under the rural pension insurance scheme are transitioning to social pension insurance. At the same time, to achieve fairness and sustainable development in the pension insurance system, the government is actively promoting the integration and connection of pension insurance systems. Against this backdrop, the coordinated management of archives related to urban and rural residents' pension insurance and social pension insurance has become particularly important.
