Analysis on the current situation and improvement paths of writing proficiency among political work staff in state-owned enterprises in the new era
浅析新时代国有企业政工人员写作能力现状及提升路径

摘要

新时代背景下，国有企业改革深化与数字化转型加速，政工工作作为思想引领、文化建设的核心载体，其写作能力成为政工人员履职的关键素养。本文结合新时代国有企业政工工作的新要求，通过分析政工人员写作能力的现实意义，梳理当前写作能力存在的“内容同质化、形式单一化、实践脱节化”等问题，从内容创新、技能培训、实践锻炼、机制保障四个维度提出针对性提升策略，旨在为强化国有企业政工工作实效、助力国有企业高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract

In the context of the new era, as state-owned enterprises (SOEs) deepen reforms and accelerate digital transformation, political work serves as a core vehicle for ideological guidance and cultural development. Writing proficiency has thus become a crucial competency for political work staff in fulfilling their duties. This paper, aligned with the new requirements for political work in SOEs during the new era, analyzes the practical significance of writing capability. It identifies existing issues such as "homogenized content, monotonous forms, and disconnection from practice," and proposes targeted improvement strategies from four dimensions: content innovation, skill training, practical exercise, and institutional support. The aim is to provide references for enhancing the effectiveness of political work in SOEs and supporting their high-quality development.
