Research on the pathways for the integrated development of legal education in ideological and political courses across universities, secondary, and primary schools
大中小学思政课法治教育一体化建设路径研究

摘要
大中小学法治教育一体化建设是塑造青少年法治素养,提升青少年法治意识的关键环节。但当前大中小学法治教育一体化建设仍面临着对学情把握不足、教师队伍建设不足、教育内容缺乏针对性和支持保障机制不健全等问题。从目前教学内容、实效以及未成年人涉及案例来看,法治教育一体化建设要强调统筹规划、贴近学生、面向未来,将学生规律契合、内容规划、师资队伍优化、保障支持加强和多方合作等作为具体的建设路径,提升法治教育的实效性和针对性,进而提升学生法治素养,推进法治国家建设。

Abstract
The integrated development of legal education across universities, secondary, and primary schools is a crucial step in shaping adolescents’ legal literacy and enhancing their legal awareness. However, this integration still faces challenges such as insufficient understanding of student conditions, inadequate development of teaching faculties, lack of targeted educational content, and imperfect support mechanisms. Judging from the current teaching content, practical effectiveness, and cases involving minors, the integrated construction of legal education must emphasize holistic planning, student-centered approaches, and future-oriented strategies. Specific pathways for improvement include aligning with student development patterns, optimizing content design, enhancing teacher quality, strengthening support mechanisms, and promoting multi-stakeholder collaboration. These measures aim to improve the relevance and effectiveness of legal education, thereby boosting students’ legal literacy and advancing the construction of a rule-of-law society.
