Research on the "School-Industry-Enterprise" talent training model of nursing specialty in local higher vocational institutions under the new quality product
新质生产力下地方高职院校护理专业“校行企”人才培养模式研究

摘要

进入新时期以来，加快培育新质生产力成为众多行业关注的内容，对地方高职院校来讲，为了满足时代发展需求，培养更多高素养人才，则需要围绕护理专业教学特征，分析新质生产力和职业教育赋能新质生产力内涵，深度对接行业用人标准与企业用人需求，探索全新人才培养模式，从而强化人才核心竞争力，推动专业教学转型发展。本文就新质生产力下地方高职院校护理专业“校行企”人才培养模式进行研究，并对此提出相应看法。

Abstract

Since entering the new era, accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces has become the content of concern for many industries. For local higher vocational colleges in order to meet the needs of the times and cultivate more highly qualified talents, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of teaching in nursing professional teaching and the connotation of new quality forces and vocational education empowering new quality productive forces, to deeply connect with the industry employment standards and enterprise employment needs, to explore a new talent training model, so as to the core competitiveness of talents and promote the transformation and development of professional teaching. This paper studies the "school-industry-enterprise" talent training mode of nursing specialty in local higherational colleges under the new quality productivity, and puts forward corresponding opinions.
