摘要
“课程思政”植根于中国语境,本质是基于协同育人理念的跨学科教育范式,其核心在于打破传统学科壁垒,构建知识传授与价值引领的课程建设共同体,达到整合资源,重构知识体系,实现培养对象全面发展的人才培养目标。为破解课程思政教学中专业逻辑与思政逻辑的结构冲突、知识传授与价值传导的融合困境、教师素养与教学需求的适配落差等问题,应凸显课程思政的专业性、思政性、人文性,凸显包含价值引领力、学科融合力、学情把握力、人文浸润力、协同创新力等课程思政教学能力,构建一个有效整合资源、促进深度对话、激发协同创新的可持续教研支撑系统——基于人文素养的课程思政教研共同体。

Abstract
"Course-based ideological and political education" is rooted in the Chinese context. Its essence is a cross-disciplinary educational model based on the concept of collaborative education. The core lies in breaking down traditional disciplinary barriers and building a course construction community that integrates knowledge transmission and value guidance, aiming to integrate resources, reconstruct the knowledge system, and achieve the goal of all-round development of the educated. To solve problems such as structural conflicts between professional logic and ideological and political logic, the integration dilemma of knowledge transmission and value conduction, and the mismatch between teachers' qualities and teaching demands, it is necessary to highlight the professionalism, ideological and political nature, and humanistic nature of course-based ideological and political education, and emphasize the teaching capabilities of course-based ideological and political education, including value guidance, disciplinary integration, understanding of students' conditions, humanistic infiltration, and collaborative innovation. A sustainable teaching and research support system should be constructed, which effectively integrates resources, promotes in-depth dialogue, and stimulates collaborative innovation, in other words, a course-based ideological and political education teaching and research community based on humanistic literacy.
