摘要

本文基于认知行为理论与自我呈现理论,探讨青少年在虚拟与现实社交场景中的行为差异及其背后的心理机制。研究发现,青少年普遍存在“线上活跃、线下沉默”的社交模式割裂现象,这与其社交焦虑、自我认同需求及现实社交经验匮乏密切相关。本文从个体、家庭、学校与社会四个层面提出干预策略,旨在促进青少年建立健康平衡的社交模式,增强其现实社交适应能力。

Abstract

Based on cognitive behavior theory and self presentation theory, this article explores the behavioral differences and underlying psychological mechanisms of adolescents in virtual and real social scenarios. Research has found that adolescents generally exhibit a social pattern of "online activity, offline silence", which is closely related to their social anxiety, self-identity needs, and lack of real-life social experience. This article proposes intervention strategies from four levels: individual, family, school, and society, aiming to promote the establishment of healthy and balanced social patterns among adolescents and enhance their ability to adapt to real-life social situations.
