摘要
针对高职五年一贯制传统文化教育中技术应用浅表化、文化传承与职业发展割裂等问题,本研究基于长周期人才培养视角,提出“AI+文化+职业”三元协同模式。通过混合研究方法,系统剖析课程内容碎片化、教学实施脱节及评价机制单一等核心问题,构建了以阶段递进式课程体系、三元协同教学机制与多维智能评价为核心的创新方案。该模式依托AI动态重构传统文化资源,设计“文化感知-职业应用”分阶段任务,实现文化精神与职业技能有机融合。一学期教学实践表明,实验班学生在传统文化知识掌握(+23.6%)、语文应用能力(+18.4分)和文化认同感(+22.4分)等维度均显著优于对照班,教师角色也由知识传授者转型为文化引导者。本研究为破解职业教育中文化传承与技能培养长期脱节的难题提供了有效路径。

Abstract
Addressing issues in traditional Chinese culture education within the five-year integrated higher vocational education system—such as superficial integration of technology and the disconnect between cultural inheritance and career development—this study proposes an “AI + Culture + Career” triadic synergy model from a long-term talent cultivation perspective. Employing mixed research methods, it systematically analyzes core challenges including fragmented curriculum content, disconnected instructional implementation, and monodimensional assessment mechanisms. An innovative framework is developed, centered on a staged progressive curriculum, a triadic collaborative teaching mechanism, and a multidimensional intelligent evaluation system. Leveraging AI to dynamically restructure traditional cultural resources, the model designs phased tasks spanning “cultural perception” to “professional application,” thereby organically integrating cultural values with vocational competencies. A one-semester teaching trial demonstrated that students in the experimental group significantly outperformed those in the control group in traditional cultural knowledge acquisition (+23.6%), Chinese language application skills (+18.4 points), and cultural identity (+22.4 points). Teachers also transitioned their roles from knowledge transmitters to cultural facilitators. This study offers an effective pathway to resolving the longstanding disjunction between cultural inheritance and skill development in vocational education.
