Ideological and political guidance and professional integration: Exploratory practices and innovations in the educational path of medical colleges and universities under the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent
思政引领，专业融合——立德树人根本任务下医学院校团校组织育人的路径创新和探索实践

摘要

医德素养是实现当前国家医学专业培养重要指导目标的主要内容，以医者操守为核心，是近两年医疗卫生综合发展核心工作导向。医学院校是培养新时代医学人才的主战场，而团校组织作为教育青年、引领青年的重要载体，其在思想引领、组织育人等方面的多重职能，对于青年医学生在职业生涯早期奠定“以医德为首，敬佑生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆”的职业素养具有关键作用。积极探索“临床进科室”和“双师双场”融合教学模式等方案，以期锤炼医学生的职业品格，提升医学生医德认知水平与职业认同感，形成可复制、可推广的医学院校团校医德教育模式，培养适配行业发展需求的医学人才。

Abstract

Medical ethics is a key component in achieving the current national guiding goals for medical professional training. With medical ethics as its core, it has been a core guiding principle for comprehensive development in healthcare in the past two years. Medical colleges are the main battlefield for cultivating medical talents in the new era. The Youth League organization, as an important vehicle for educating and guiding young people, plays a crucial role in establishing the professional qualities of “putting medical ethics first, respecting life, rescuing the dying and healing the wounded, being willing to dedicate oneself, and having boundless love” in young medical students early in their careers through its multiple functions in ideological guidance and organizational education. Actively exploring integrated teaching models such as “clinical practice in departments” and “dual-teacher, dual-site” learning, the aim is to cultivate medical students’ professional character, enhance their medical ethics awareness and professional identity, and form a replicable and scalable model for medical school ethics education, thereby cultivating medical talents adapted to the needs of industry development.
