Grey relational analysis between the science and technology services industry and manufacturing industry in the Wan-Da-Kai area of the Sichuan-Chongqing region
川渝万达开地区科技服务业与制造业灰色关联度分析

摘要

科技创新是发展新质生产力的核心要素，科技服务业作为技术与产业之间的重要桥梁，通过提供智力服务及技术支持，不断推动产业升级；制造业是国民经济的主体，是技术创新的主要载体，制造业在发展的过程中对技术升级变革的需求，也促进了科技服务业的发展。本文以川渝万达开地区为例，基于国内外互动发展的研究成果，深入探讨了科技服务业与制造业之间的互动关系。文章首先阐述了科技服务业和制造业的相关概念及特征，接着分析了该地区二者的发展现状、互动状况及面临的问题。通过应用灰色关联度分析法，对区域科技服务业与制造业之间的关联程度进行研究，并从政策、科技、人才等多个角度提出相应对策，以期为该地区科技服务业与制造业的协调发展提供参考，助力推动万达开地区建设成为生态优先的绿色发展示范区、制度创新的先行区，以及全国综合交通物流枢纽和川渝东北地区的重要增长极。

Abstract

Scientific and technological innovation serves as the core element in developing new quality productive forces. As a crucial bridge between technology and industry, the science and technology service industry continuously drives industrial upgrading through intellectual services and technical support. Manufacturing, being the pillar of the national economy and the primary vehicle for technological innovation, generates demands for technological advancement during its development process, which in turn promotes the growth of the science and technology service sector. This paper takes the Chuan-Yu-Wanda-Kai region as a case study, exploring the interactive relationship between the science and technology service industry and manufacturing based on domestic and international research findings regarding interactive development. The article first elaborates on the concepts and characteristics of science and technology services and manufacturing, followed by an analysis of their current development status, interaction patterns, and existing challenges in the region. By employing the grey correlation analysis method, the study investigates the degree of association between regional science and technology services and manufacturing. Subsequently, it proposes countermeasures from multiple perspectives including policy, technology, and talent cultivation. These recommendations aim to provide references for coordinated development between the two sectors in the region, ultimately supporting the Wanda-Kai area's strategic goals: establishing itself as an ecology-prioritized green development demonstration zone, an institutional innovation pioneer region, a national comprehensive transportation and logistics hub, and a key growth engine for northeastern Sichuan-Chongqing region.
